Please note that Accent Home Furnishings , together with its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, parent companies, insurers, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Accent Home Furnishings”), cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of goods imported, advertised, or sold by Accent Home Furnishings, within the meaning of section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c. P-40.1, and sections 79.18 to 79.20 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c. P-40.1, r. 3.
1. Return and Satisfaction Policy by Category
1.1 Mattresses – 100-Day Comfort Guarantee
We know that adjusting to a new mattress can take time. That's why we offer a 100-Day Comfort Guarantee allowing a one-time exchange of the mattress if you are not completely satisfied.
Eligibility Conditions:
The mattress must be used with a mattress protector purchased at Accent Home Furnishings at the time of purchase.
A minimum adjustment period of 60 days is required before requesting an exchange.
The mattress must be in good condition, clean, odor-free, and undamaged.
A one-time exchange is allowed for a mattress of equal or greater value.
Delivery fees will apply for the delivery of the new mattress.
A $99 handling fee applies at the time of exchange.
No refunds will be issued for mattresses.
No refunds or exchanges on bedding and pillows.
1.2 Furniture – Return and Satisfaction Guarantee
Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Furniture must be in its original condition, unassembled, and unused.
A return fee of 25% of the purchase price applies.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Clearance products, special orders, and custom configurations: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Quality Guarantee:
All our furniture is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
An optional Protection Plan is available to provide additional coverage, including parts and labor coverage.
1.3 Appliances – Exchange and Warranty Policy
Exchange Conditions:
No returns or exchanges on appliances.
Any cosmetic damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Warranty and Additional Protection:
All appliances are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
An optional Protection Plan is available to provide additional coverage, including parts and labor coverage.
1.4 Electronics – Return and Warranty Policy
Return Conditions:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is in its original sealed and unopened packaging.
If the packaging has been opened, no return or exchange will be accepted, but the device will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Defective devices must be reported within 7 days of purchase for an exchange.
Warranty and Additional Protection:
All our electronic products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
An optional Protection Plan is available to provide additional coverage, including parts and labor coverage.
Clearance or special order products: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Delivery fees: Non-refundable.
Refund Method: Any approved return will be processed as in-store credit where applicable.
Exchanges must be made at the same store where the original purchase was made and delivered within the same delivery area.
For any exchange requiring delivery, additional delivery fees will apply.
